1. Services
Hawk Feather Photo & Design offers professional photography, graphic design, website design, and marketing services. All services are subject to availability and client agreement.
 

2. Booking and Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.

• Final payment is due on or before the date of service delivery.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation or withholding of final deliverables.

 

3. Deliverables

• Images and designs will be delivered digitally via a secure platform.

• Turnaround time for photo editing and design services will be specified during the consultation.

 

4. Copyright and Usage

• Hawk Feather Photo & Design retains copyright ownership of all images and designs.

• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or editing of images or designs is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Liability

• While we take great care to deliver exceptional services, Hawk Feather Photo & Design is not liable for unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather, equipment failure, or emergencies.

• In the rare event of a cancellation on our part, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

 

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate information, including dates, times, and locations.

• Hawk Feather Photo & Design is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information.

 

7. Modifications
Hawk Feather Photo & Design reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
