Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service will not incur further charges.
Cancellations within 14 days of the service date will require payment of 50% of the remaining balance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full remaining balance.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule at no additional charge if notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 14 days of the service date may incur additional fees.

4. Weather and Emergencies

For outdoor shoots affected by weather, we will work with clients to reschedule.
In emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
